We are looking for a “Trainee Education Consultant” who provides professional consulting services to students, who like to pursue higher education in Australia, Canada, Germany, Malaysia, China, USA, UK, and Europe.

Skills and Experience:
1. Candidates with good and extensive knowledge of the Australian, Canadian, Germany, and other international education sectors.
2. Motivation to push for and meet individual targets in a timely manner.
3. Capacity to convert leads and maintain follow up with the client and universities until the final Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) outcome
4. Strong ability to work in a team with a proactive approach
5. Good organization skills and the ability to pay high attention to detail
6. Ability to clearly communicate, plan and execute ideas effectively
7. Strong interpersonal skills in relation to the team as well as external

Responsibilities:
1. Counsel students to facilitate admission into International Universities & colleges.
2. Increase the long-term retention of students by maintaining after-sale engagement.
3. Content building for marketing posts and participate in other marketing activities when required.
4. Maintain Inquiry notes, file notes, admission entry, offer letters, COE’s, Task lists, follow-ups in the Customer.
5. Relationship Management (CRM) system regularly.
6. Meet monthly targets and maintain the conversion ratio
7. Maintaining good customer service, appraisal, and feedback from all inquiries during all stages of the process
8. Willing to travel both nationally & internationally as well to arrange seminars, meetings, symposiums.

Educational Requirements & Experience:
1. Graduates in any discipline with a minimum of 1-year experience in an educational environment.
2. A level student is encouraged to apply.
3. Candidate having IELTS/PTE is encouraged to apply.
